Su-ho is healing from the coma that nearly killed him. He is different then before the accident, more quiet and somehow very responsible. Si-eun is worried about his change in personality. Su-ho is not clingy towards Si-Eun anymore, and Si-eun sees him as a completely different person even the feeling he had of Su-ho also changed, but not negatively, no, he turned into an obsession.
