One minute I was enjoying a peaceful cup of tea. The next, my best friend Kellan vanished through a portal-leaving me with a sarcastic, Earl Grey-obsessed dragon named Peaches and a pie that may or may not be mildly on fire. Now my apartment is a smoldering war zone of scorched furniture, smoke alarms with PTSD, and garden gnomes who are plotting something. Oh-and did I mention the dragon hunters? Because yeah, those are a thing. With tranquilizer guns. And very questionable fashion choices. All I wanted was a normal Tuesday. Instead, I'm negotiating magical treaties with sentient gnomes, dodging glitter-bombs, and trying to stop my roommate from "redecorating" with controlled bursts of fire.
