Bakugou is sick. Todoroki is there to help. It's a win-win situation for both of them. Except, they forget one vital point, no one knows of their relationship. Diseased AU (Not Bakudeku) [IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH DEATH OR VOMIT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PASSING THIS STORY, DISCRETION ADVICED] Katsuki and Izuku decide to share a dorm together since it'd be beneficial to grow strength from each other, they are friends, Katsuki still acts the same way but he doesn't hate him. One day Katsuki gets what he think is just food poisoning or a stomach bug but what he didn't know was that it was way more serious then that. Also this is not some weird ass vomit fetish this is just how the disease is if it gets really bad Izuku insists on his hospital visit where he finds out Katsuki is diagnosed with diverticulitis which turns into intestinal obstruction which is caused by diverticulitis. This disease is unfortunately life threatening, no one is sure if he'll make it.
