A blade is no more than a tool. There is no good or bad about it. It all depends on the user's intentions. Unfortunately, no good intentions ever come from me when I have a blade in my hand...

When God speaks everyone should listen. Lost, confused and searching for answers .Shakirah opens her ears and is given a task by guardian angels. Hope she is wise enough not to follow the same steps as Shaytan( the devil). Pride is something that can ruin anyone! though I have no right to, I get surely with my doctors, short-tempered with the people whose job it is to keep me comfortable. I rail against a diagnosis I don't want to hear: I refuse to accept it, knowing that my refusal won't change a thing, that my opinion in this context counts for nothing. I think, childishly, that if I don't believe it, it won't come true, as if the truth of this thing were predicated on my belief in it.

Consulting, at its heart, is about offering quality, transparent choices. Troy Van Sickle has been a real estate consultant for several years and is trained to provide his clients with a thorough analysis of their needs before offering responsible options to address those needs. Many people don't really know what real estate consulting is and how it differs from real estate sales. The first major difference between consulting and sales is that consultants are paid for their expertise and time, not for a guaranteed outcome. However, if they do receive compensation based on a guaranteed outcome, it is understood that they will be paid a premium for this service by their client. Salespeople, on the other hand, are only compensated for a guaranteed outcome, which they can influence in their favor, but not completely control. When it comes to being compensated for their hard work and dedication, consultants are generally paid in the same manner as a CPA or most attorneys. Whereas, someone in real estate sales collects their pay by selling a product. When they sell their product, they earn commissions on the sale. Consultants, with their flexibility, can agree to be paid on commission if it is better for their client, but the expect a higher rate of compensation for this option. Consultants provide a variety of skills that can be used to achieve a number of different outcomes. Real estate sales have one single focus, to sell homes. If there is nothing to sell, then there is no transaction, leaving the real estate salesperson without anything to do and no way to get paid. Consultants can be retained by clients to provide information and counsel to help them come to a decision. For More Information Visit Here:- https://soundcloud.com/troyvansickle

Random thoughts from myself and others. ..... Sometimes we want questions answered and are afraid to ask them! Tell you this much that will get you nowhere. I am allowing you to follow me on a journey. Where to you ask??? Inside my mind! Let's time travel, maybe start from the beginning....Let's answer some questions we have all wondered about. I am ready but I warn you because I will speak freely. Read, enjoy, comment and vote. I dare you to enter. Laughing in a unstable manner. Hoping to see you soon ;-)

It takes a special kind of family to raise a kid with a debilitating illness. But if you can survive the challenges of raising a kid with Sickle Cell and usher that kid to adulthood with your family intact, that's a bond strong enough to withstand anything. This is a true story about my Sickle Cell diagnosis at 3 years old and how my family dealt with the long hospital stays, finding a doctor who cares, finding ways to make home life as comfortable as possible, and never ever letting me see myself as a burden. This is one short story from a full length autobiography I've been writing over the past year.

Luella can physically appear to be your average young kid, but inside, a lot more is happening. Sickle Cell Anemia had only JUST started control her everyday life when her bodily health took a downfall. Because of how severe this disease is, she is aware she might not be able to have as long as a lifespan as others, but still sticks to her regimen knowing it won't really be worth it in the end. Archie, her best (and only) friend has tried his best to stick with her through everything, knowing the person she used to be, but since she was sick, she felt she'd never ever be the same person.
