After a concert with a lot of screaming, a louis develops a headache that lasts for 3 days and he is miserable. The boys try to make Louis feel better but it makes his headache worse. It turns out they never knew how much pain he was in and they feel guilty after for babying and annoying him a lot to make him feel better.

Harry is a patient with cistic fibrosis he has been in hospital for god knows how long, he feels like giving up on life, that is until another boy with CT joins his hospital, this boy goes by the name Louis. Based off the film "5 feet apart" , it will be similar so be prepared
