Y/n was always sick in someway. The doctors said it was because she has a slightly weakened amune sytem due to a birth defect. That same birth defect left her with a weak heart. In her first year of junior high she came down with a unknown illness. The doctors couldnt place it. Within the next 6 months they ran multiple tests. By the 2nd week of year 2, she had been told, whatever she had, couls be fatal. Her parents pulled her out of school for treatment but after a year it was going no where. She chose to go back, 3 months into her 3rd year, happily joining class 3E. Her only problem is that no one really remembers her, no one except her cousin nagisa, and her best friend Karma

During one of your frequent visits to the hospital you happen to notice an attractive guy dealing with being confined to a wheelchair. Something about his demeanor immediately connects you to him.
