(MxM Rivals-To-Lovers + FxM Enemies-To-Lovers Romantasy) At an academy for dragonshifters and their future riders, two grizzled professors sharing a tumultuous past spend their days bickering and teaching a flight class to young shifters and riders alike. All is well until trouble arises with a rogue clan of outcasts that strikes at the academy's reserves. Weathering the dangerous attack was one thing, but weathering its consequences a whole other, with word getting out about their academy being unsafe. With their reputation taking a hit, the professors and the academy must work overtime to restore their standing, especially when an adversarial guild that's been seeking to shut down the academy's operations for years gets involved. The situation is almost as messy as their feelings toward each other, but if they are to emerge the other end unscathed, they'll have to confront what truly matters to them, and fight for the things they love.
