Sidlink Stories

A lot can happen in one year. Ka-thump! Link released his held breath as he watched the stag he was hunting drop to the ground with little grace. After the return of Zelda and the fall of Calamity Ganon, Link slaved away for one whole year doing what he could to keep himself busy. Then on one fateful day everything changed. Knock, knock, knock! Link looked to his door confused as he looked at the clock hanging on his wall. It was 3:30 in the morning. No one should have been knocking on his door, but what caught his eyes was the small envelope that slid under his door into the kitchen. He placed his cutting knife down and went over to the thing seeing his name written in extravagant hand writing he knew all too well. He flipped the paper over seeing the bright red wax stamp of a cursive S he had grown to love.

Having forgotten his past once, after waking from his hundred year slumber, Link keeps a journal as to not forget again. As he journeys to save Hyrule he's confronted with his past, present, and future. Making new friends only to leave them, grieving his fallen comrades new and old, and dealing with a threat that seems to weigh on him even more than Calamity Gannon; his own fears of isolation and loneliness on this long tiring journey. A first person perspective of Link's personal journey as he saves the kingdom. Both the good and bad times, the highs and lows. I got reallllllyyyyyy bored

So basically, this story came to me a few days ago while reading a sidlink story, so I'm keeping that element in. What if Link actually died while in his slumber, while his arm was "healing" (The Rauru arm thingy getting put on), and Rauru had to find a solution? This story follows the story of a past spirit Rauru had put in Link's body until he could find Link's original spirit, to basically keep the body still running and alive. Expect there to be a lot of out-of-context moments, and the story changing a bit, but I'm basically following the story of Tears of the Kingdom, so yeah have fun. Beware that this story will have some Death (maybe), Blood and Injuries, Somewhat emotional scenes, and a feral and ADHD driven possessed Link scampering around Hyrule.

*This is set after Breath of the Wild but before Tears of the Kingdom* Link goes to Zora's Domain to visit Sidon but as he sleeps something terrible happens, revealing something he was told to keep secret. Will Sidon keep this secret or will they grow closer in the process? I've never written fanfiction so I'd love any criticism or suggestions <3

Wonder what Would happen if Zelda never woke up link had he woke up himself. The zora domain is flooding and king of zoras ask Sidon to find the hero of the hylians. Souls-mate AU the fist words spoke to ones other is written on your wrist only you can see what it says

Link defeats the Lynel atop Shatterback Point, and in result becomes heavily injured. Sidon takes it upon himself to help Link out anyway he can.
