Deepdive into Sidney and Charlotte as they fall in love and a CONTINUATION beyond the screen ending. A re-telling and continuation of Sanditon (PBS/ITV) expanding on the thoughts and feelings of Charlotte and Sidney. Of course going beyond the heart-wrenching screen ending. This is the Sanditon book as I want it to be. To my delighted surprise the story won the category 'Other' in the Sanditon Survival book club's (Facebook group for Sanditon lovers) '2020 Sanditon Fanfiction Awards'. The letter had arrived two days ago and Sidney was still trying to comprehend its contents. The news contained within had both grieved him and vexed him in equal measure, so much so that he had struggled to compose a reply, for what response could he make to such a letter? This fanfic follows the story of Sanditon but with a twist. I will write it episode by episode (but split into parts) so it will still largely follow the plot and include all the characters we know and love, but the twist will make things rather different (and hopefully interesting)... As always - a HEA is guaranteed!

Sanditon shocked everyone with the ending, and many writers write their own version to continue this story. I'm not a writer, I'm just so impressed by this story, that I decided to write my own version of the sequel. The story immediately begins from the moment Charlotte left, and for the beginning I tried to imagine how Eliza's relationship with Sidney and all his families, including Georgiana, would develop, and what exactly would be the impetus for Sidney to decide to change the situation. Maybe it turned out more romantic, than I expected, but it seems to me, that in the last episode, we saw such powerful emotions and feelings in Sidney , that it gives me reason to think, that he would be ready to turn the whole world for Charlotte's sake, which I tried to show in my story. I added some of my illustrations, I hope you will like them

For ages Charlotte has been in love with the last person she should be in love with - her teacher. Now she tries to escape to the seaside over summer to get over him, but will she? One-shot written for Sanditon creative's Valentine's event, prompt 'Forbidden love'. Update: there is a sequel called 'What am I to you, exactly?'

Willingden, two weeks later: Lady Susan is taking matters in hand, inviting Charlotte to London, because: "In love and in war, a first defeat never indicates what the final outcome will be." But even in London, all roads lead back to Sanditon and Sidney Parker, and soon enough, Charlotte finds herself back to sea-bathing, cliff top walks and Lady Denham's luncheon parties. With Mrs Campion's wedding just a few days away, can true love prevail when a farmer's daughter who reads books is up against the wealthiest widow in the country?
