This book is a short story on how people feel inside, and about what's going on inside their head.

A collection of poems from a girl who will no longer be silenced.

Sometimes I am sick of being silenced.

Ivory Selin knew everything. She knew about her past lives. Every. Single. One of them. It's insane to her, but to everyone, its a mystery they all cherish to have. They want her power, they want to see what their life holds for them. For Ivory, it's a nightmare. Having torn apart from a family member after family member, being sent to a Mental institute if she speaks. It's almost a nightmare, becoming a reality. The more she faces her death, the more families she will see suffering. The time has come where she must speak reality.

This poem consists of two parts. First poem is dedicated to the one he/ she loves. Second poem is the reply to the first poem. I was inspired by a post of my friend in FB which says, " I choose to love you in silence because in silence, I find no rejection." These 2 poems are simple yet I think worth reading. I have focused much on the message and the words used aren't really so poetic but I hope you would like it. Thank you. All rights reserved.

the inability of speaking out and people's apathy in response.

Barbara Jones meets the love of her life when she's fourteen. But he's only there for summers to visit his dad. Bill and Barb become very close during those summer days, they grew up and got married. And now that Barb is older and her husband is no longer with her, she can reflect about those times they had together. Atimes you ask yourself what's wrong with you but really there is nothing. you try your very best to be the perfect person in the eye of others but your best is not enough. What she discloses ranges from family matters like familial bonds, overprotective family members, and manipulating parents, social views like immigration, religion, and what it means to be happy, and even topics that are hers and hers alone, such as the dreams that allude her and the fears that bind her in place. She is you, she is me, she is every single person out there who feels alone in the dark. Step in her world, into the dark warped hole that is her mind and just listen, that's all she asks. To be witnessed and heard.

Poem

This world is an imperfect place full of imperfect people trying for perfection. Then the people who thing they're perfect and don't even try. Both people are pretty bad I guess. But if they're both bad, whose good? Snow Crystal is an 18-year-old girl who has been abused her whole life. Nobody knows about it... Not even Harry, he boyfriend of 4 years. Recently he had gone on tour with his band mates, so Snow has been forced to live with her abusive parents while he's away. She's wanted to tell somebody about this and get help... But her parent's said they'd kill her if she said a word... She has been Silenced.
