FANFIC BASED ON 'STORM AND SILENCE' by the awesome Rob Thier. Lilly Linton has been arriving late to work and often asks to leave early. Mr Ambrose wants to get to the bottom of this and, after some investigating, he finds out Lilly has been seeing...a man! What will Mr Ambrose do when he finds out and will he confront Lilly? Find out in the story...

Mr Ambrose took my hand and drag me to his cabin upstairs. As soon as we entered he engulfed me in a tight passionate kiss. I know we have so many blanks to fill. Like I still don't know anything about him and the same goes with him. Also there are many unanswered questions like Where is he from? Why does not he visits his mother? Why he is the way he is? But we got a lot of time to complete thouse blanks and answer all those unanswered questions but for now I want just this silence to engulf us. So that we need not to worry about all those insignificant things. And that's what happened. Silence engulfed us. Just silence. No words were needed to be said between us. I understood what he wants to say even though he didn't spoke a single syllable. Because I always understand what his silence means. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Its my first attempt at witting so please bear my grammar and spelling mistakes.I would like to clear few things first and they are - 1) This is a fan fiction of silence and strom series by Sir Rob. I do not own Any characters its all Sir Rob. 2) This story is about how Lilly linton, Mr. Ambrose, Karim, Captain Carter work together againt the dangerous concipracy of Lord Dalgliesh. If you add some icy cold stares with some witful planning with side of true friendship added with a pinch of feminst power against male chavunism don't forget to add the long really long silenceses and tadaaaaaa you get a perfect strom and silence recipee. 3) This story starts just after their adventure from their trip to Brazil for golds i.e. the very next day which means its storyline is after the third part of this series that is silence is golden. 4) It is a must to read the first three parts of the original book of Sir rob for story to make sense. So here goes nothing....

There are many Ambralilly moments we have seen and been through together. I have imagined many more and wondered how their life would turn out. One moment I'd like to share with all of you. Let's take a swim with Ambrose and Lilly, shall we? ;-) All characters and plot line belongs to @RobThier. I only own this story. This is a FanFiction of the original series, "Storm and Silence".

The tips of my fingers made a light contact with her cheek and my hand stroked the soft, sweet skin there as my eyes searched the depths of her soul. 'Never.' I whispered in a low voice. My eyes didn't leave hers. . Far away from prying eyes of London as the stony head employer Mr Ambrose and his secretary Lilly Linton set on a ship, what happens when Lilly challenges him to get deliriously drunk? Will the alcohol melt the stone cold facade of the ice berg that is Rikkard Ambrose or there would be much more to him than what meets the eye?

Instead, she works hard and makes her own living in a male dominated world so that she can be independent and free from getting married. If she hates something most in the world that is chauvinists. But when it comes to, Rikkard Ambrose, her cold, mysterious, chauvinist employer. Things go a bit different. Lilly doesn't mind doing unfeministic and sinful things with him. Lord Daniel Eugene Dalgliesh, a respected peer and one of the richest men of England, also the biggest enemy and business rival of, Rikkard Ambrose, has set his sights upon Lilly. What would happen when Lord Dalgliesh proposes Lilly for marriage? It's clear that she can't refuse such a powerful man like him. With the help of Mr. Ambrose, will Lilly be able to get rid of this great lord?

Just another day where Mr. Rikkard Ambrose, the richest and most powerful man in the British Empire, disposes of waste. This is nothing but an entry to Sir Rob's fan fiction competition. All characters belong to his wonderful hit series Storm and Silence.

But will Lilly be able to keep her feminist ideals safe while dealing with her feelings and manage to evade the enemy at the same time or will she be caught in the crossfire?
