He ends up meeting Peacemaker, a strange hybrid from the rainforest, and Pereshpone, a LeafWing whom Venom comes to admire and care about. But just as he thinks he's found a life he can be proud of, the peace in the continents is shaken as a mysterious figure pulls strings from the shadows, ready to plunge the world into chaos. With his new found friends, he sets out to stop this dragon from ruining the life he has made. Old enemies round every corner. Danger constantly lurks. As a SeaWing princess, everything in her life spells out rules, rules, and RULES. About her curfew, about her etiquette, about the kingdom, the council, everything... including her animus magic. "You need to pay ATTENTION! Your soul could be lost forever, Your Royal Highness, if you can't learn to protect it properly!" Her soul... such a vague threat. What was it? Her spirit? Her life? The motto literally was 'everyone is equal, so treat them with equal respect'. But she wasn't alone. There were two other hybrids in her winglet. One a friend... and one a possible enemy. Is JMA really the place that it seems like it is? Or is it just a mask pulled over a face with rough features and chipped-away stone? Princess River thinks that taking back the broken shards of her life will be easy, but is she doing it right?
