It was supposed to be a joke, of course, that Dave Miller was an actual person, and the reader was supposed to laugh at it when the twist was revealed. However, I'm afraid that people will begin to read the chapter and stop because they think the author is not knowledgable of The Silver Eyes. The message here is: Read the entire chapter please.
