Letting out my feelings one sad thought bubble at a time but I hope you appreciate my silver lining through the Melancholy that is Me.

Just a short story, though, it so happens to be my favorite short story I've ever written.

Kaleb Oswald doesn't have the best home life, his mother works several jobs, his father is useless, and his brother is well, troubled. Kaleb is getting caught up in a thunderstorm of depression when he spots something of a silver lining, Leo Lee.

Maria Abdullah Khan is the new girl in South West High. She has been moving to different schools every year and has never had any real friends. She lost her dad in a war and lives with her mom. She wants to live her last breaths in 'peace'. However the schools plastic Nicole becomes her neighbour who is the very person that makes Maria's life a living hell. However Nicole becomes pregnant and loses her status as well as her friends. Lonely and lost Nicole faces extreme hate from everyone including her X-bestfriends. This is where Maria comes in and little does she know that she is about to find her very first best friend. Although, his game requires a piece, a special piece that he doesn't particularly want to play with.
