Dex played with the chip and found nothing of interest in it, leaving it with V. V found out that there was a construct inside the chip (Something Dex had overlooked), a construct of a man named Johnny Silver hand to be exact-- the once well-known rock-star terrorist that pulled the big stunt against Arasaka in 2023. V looks to Viktor for help in getting a body for the construct and within a few weeks they're slotting the chip into the body's neural port.
