In this world, paws held game controllers, lions wore hoodies, and the "Great Circle of Life" was mostly just the name of a local 24-hour donut shop, because this Lion Guard love story, happens in the human world :)

All the Pridelanders knew Safi. You couldn't miss her with her extra bangs of hair and distinctive blue eyes, or that she was almost always in the company of King Simba himself or Prince Kion, and sometimes both. Everyone reasoned that, with King Simba and Prince Kion watching over her, Safi would grow up to be a very happy, cheerful, well ~ groomed cub. What happened when Simba was gone? FYI this story follows the idea that Mufassa and Scar took over the pride lands from another lion. As Mufassa is the oldest, he fathered all the cubs after his take over. NALA'S mother met another rouge male and mates with him to have Nala. Although Mufassa was technically the father of all the cubs he only is a father figure to Simba. He still cared for all the other cubs but did not help to raise them as he did with Simba.
