This is a fanfic sequel to Carry On by Rainbow Rowell. There will be *SPOILERS* for Carry On, so definitely read that first! I just loved the book so much, and I couldn't stop thinking about the characters and wondering what their lives would be like post-epilogue. Would Simon ever find out the truth about his parents? Is Baz immortal? Will Penny move to America to be with Micah? Is Agatha ever going to return to the World of Mages? Would Fiona come across Nico in her new gig as a vampire hunter? I thought it'd be fun to explore all these questions and more in a serialized story. I'm not sure how many parts there will be, or how often I will update this, but I couldn't get the ideas out of my head unless I started writing them down. So that's what this is. I hope you enjoy!

Simon Snow and Basilton Grimm-Pitch, the stars of Rainbow Rowell's "Carry On", have made their way into my heart. I'm a huge fan of these two and their magickal love. Here, you'll find a short story of my own manifestation (of course the characters and some "magickal" terms aren't mine tho). I can't keep them from my head. 😊 *All of these characters are Rainbow Rowell's. I'm not stealing words from any other author; I'm simply repurposing and painting new scenes with the beauty that's already here. I was also inspired by the writer here called Lefty @hi-its-lefty. I guess you could say this takes place after/after their wedding... ;) (P.S. I'm very new to Wattpad, so feel free to correct me, nicely, when I'm wrong.) (P.P.S. It's fifth year and Simon is having trouble sleeping because of his 'bloody' perfect room mate, Baz. But Baz is just the thing he needs. So a sleeping spell would come in handy. If only Simon could do it properly.

A SIMON AND BAZ FANFICTION (SEQUEL TO CARRY ON): The World of Mages has never been better since the death of the Insidious Humdrum and with it, the growth of the 'dead spots' scattered around Britain. Simon Snow is currently taking courses at university, but still has no idea what to do with his life. Magic surrounds him everyday, and he can't help but miss it more and more. No one could understand his pain, not Baz, the love of his life nor Penelope, his closest friend. So when he finds a way to bring his magic back, he decides to tackle this problem on his own, in true Simon style, inevitably causing disastrous results.

"Because..." I look back up, look into his eyes and try to tell him everything I can't say out loud. "No one can see us in here." I'm so tired of fighting you. "And no one will ever believe you," I add, and I'm only have joking. He scoffs. I just want to love you.
