Simon Snow almost kills his roommate Baz by accident and by doing so discovers that Baz has been lying to him about his true identity for as long as they've known each other. The accident causes some memory loss for Baz and he's left asking questions to Simon about what happened at the end of last year. Simons not overly eager to share the embarrassing story of how Baz stole his prom date so instead he starts making up some lies of his own. So this is where I'm posting the fanfic I will be writing for Carry On Countdown Christmas 2017. I love this fandom and in the spirit of the fact that Carry On is a story based off of a fictional fanfiction, I wanted to come back to fanfiction and write here.

This is a fanfic sequel to Carry On by Rainbow Rowell. There will be *SPOILERS* for Carry On, so definitely read that first! I just loved the book so much, and I couldn't stop thinking about the characters and wondering what their lives would be like post-epilogue. Would Simon ever find out the truth about his parents? Is Baz immortal? Will Penny move to America to be with Micah? Is Agatha ever going to return to the World of Mages? Would Fiona come across Nico in her new gig as a vampire hunter? I thought it'd be fun to explore all these questions and more in a serialized story. I'm not sure how many parts there will be, or how often I will update this, but I couldn't get the ideas out of my head unless I started writing them down. So that's what this is. I hope you enjoy!
