Matilda "Tilly" Brown thought opening for December 10's first shows would be simple: sing her songs, survive the nerves, and prove she belongs on stage.
But touring with a brand new band is anything but simple.
Between chaotic rehearsals, crowded backstage rooms, and the pressure of performing in front of real audiences for the first time, Tilly is determined to focus on the one thing that matters most - the music.
Unfortunately, Josh Olliver seems determined to make that as difficult as possible.
From the moment they meet, Josh is convinced Tilly is incredible - beautiful, talented, and impossible to ignore. And he has absolutely no problem letting her know it, teasing and flirting whenever he gets the chance.
Tilly, however, finds him irritating, distracting, and far too confident for his own good. She has no intention of letting some charming band member derail the opportunity she's worked so hard for.
But as rehearsals turn into shows and late nights turn into long conversations, ignoring Josh might become harder than she expected.
Because sometimes the most unexpected connections happen when the music starts.
