Singleperson Stories

In 2027, fifty years ago, governments of all States merged together. They lead some kind of Parliament which, unanimously, decided that progress was harmful to our society, and that it should therefore be abolished. Today I am fourteen, and the year is 2077. Society seems to have accomdated of all these sordid laws that are coming out of the mouths of these politicians. Yet, no one suspect anything about what is going on within this government, which is running the risk of costing the lives of everyone. Or should I say almost everyone...
