This is a pretty basic book. Things I made while living through a pandemic. sometimes, it's impossible to buy pre made foods. sometimes, I'm nervous to go out. At this point I just know a lot of people who are coming up with covid. Some of it is serious. Most are mild. But, given the fact that a 90 year old lives with me...and I have asthma. I'm just going to do more from home. There are no random order other than meals I recorded with recipe and picture. Some will be healthy. Some will be delicious but not as healthy. so, for those meals it's portion control with a salad. Anyway, Hapy eating, if anyone tries any of these.
