Thank you @abitch on discord for the name suggestion Hubert came from a poor family of farmer, his parents weren't the best people. Greedy, selfish and entitled, So naturally when they heard that the richest family in town is looking for a servant for their son, sir Billiam the third they would sell Hubert to them. Sir Billiam was brought up to hate poor people so when he found out that his new servant was a peasant who was from a poor family he hated him and demanded that he be sent back.
