After several years since the end of Mako's Mermaids the four original H2O mermaids return to Gold Coast to start from scratch, after several years their relationship has drifted apart but now their children will meet and start a new group. After a late night party on Mako Island the boys will fall into the cave where the moon pool is located, causing them to become just like their mothers.
