Dipper Pines a young Siren who's never been outside his underwater village Siren Falls, runs (swims) away on his 16th birthday so he can explore the ocean and discovers all of its creatures. Bill Cipher the most fearsome pirate in all the seven seas. He's been looking for a mermaid, merman, or siren to keep as a pet. What happens when Dipper gets captured by Bill?
