I absolutely love Severitus, but I want Snape to get a proper call out and redemption arc, because it's absolutely appalling how Snape treated Harry, and I cannot understand how Rowling made the decision to have Harry name his child after him. Dumbledore is an entirely different story entirely. I will not be 'bashing' Dumbledore, per se, but his flaws will be acknowledged properly instead of just sweeping them under the rug. After a rather public disownment from his family the last thing Sirius Black needed was another reason to be seen as different. At school he was happy, he had his three best friends and felt secure in his popularity, but when a new pupil arrives at the start of his fifth year Sirius is forced to question every part of himself. Not only is this pupil a pureblood Slytherin and a former Durmstrang student, which is cause enough for Sirius to stay away, he's a boy. And Sirius is smitten.

This all unfolds after the prank, and Sirius finds himself unwittingly part of a grand chess game, manipulated from the shadows. War looms on the horizon, and the stakes couldn't be higher.

Starting two years after everyone is difficult but doable and despite her mother's reputation, and thanks to her pleasant nature, she quickly makes friends. With a mass murderer on the loose, a quirky rat, and cruel classmates, third-year will be tough, but certainly not boring. This story will have a VERY different plot than the books, so be aware of the changes. I also don't plan on killing half the characters and thought I would add some Russian representation (i don't speak Russian so please be nice about those bits and I apologise). This is my first story and based almost entirely on a dream I had so I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
