Found and raised by Sidious, Anakin is on Naboo when the Jedi find him. Given an offer to help the Jedi against a rising threat greater than both the Jedi and Sith, Anakin reluctantly accepts. He's left in Obi-Wan's custody, and the two have to move past their differences to work together. Except, more and more Anakin begins to question if being a Sith is what he truly wants.

The Empire has risen from the ashes of the Republic and Jedi Order. Anakin and Aniya Skywalker, now Sith, meet the mastermind behind it all: Darth Plagueis. Anakin finds himself drawn to the Chancellor's niece and their feelings soon become tangled: there's just something about Valis that he can't resist. When Obi-Wan and the 212th capture the young Sith they've been fighting repeatedly throughout the war, Cody didn't expect to get put in charge of watching over him. Anakin might be a Sith, but he's nothing like Cody expected. He understands the clones in a way the Jedi never have and he understands what they are, better than maybe Cody himself.
