Belos was dead, the Day of Unity crisis was averted, the covens fell into disarray and fought amongst themselves for control of the empire, despite the Titan having chosen a successor. The Isles were teeming with new life after the conflict, courtesy of the new Empress. Under her rule, magic was no longer restricted and witches were free to pursue any types they wished. Eight years after the fall of Belos, the Owl House disappeared, its inhabitants nowhere to be found, save two. Ten years since she first set foot in the Demon Realm, Luz Noceda has settled in the city of Caja Torácica and married her longtime girlfriend, Amity Blight. They moved into the apartment above Viney's veterinary clinic together and began a new chapter in their lives founding Noceda Bounty Hunting and General Services. They don't know what became of their surrogate family, but they won't give up their search for the Owl House. Luz and Amity Noceda had thought their adventuring days were behind them, but with new career opportunities, encounters with beings from another Titan, corporate espionage, a looming confrontation with the notorious Owl Lady, and the prospect of beginning a family, they might be in for their wildest years yet.

Luz Noceda, a mutt in a world of mythical creatures, finds comfort with a harpy and demon king. Her adventures grow as her friend group expands, her love life blossoming in the months to come. Amity Blight had been fed up with Luz Noceda, the human, but she doesn't know why. Despite getting into uncertain trouble whenever the human had been around her, Luz had never really done anything to get under Amity's skin. One day though, Amity had pushed it a bit too far, and it really got to Luz. The human had taken it as her leave and decided to give Amity some unwanted space. The witch hadn't meant to push her boundaries, but she really did not know what came over her. Thus, she turned her heel and walked herself home, feeling neglected with a sense of guilt as she slowly started to tear up. Had she messed things up with Luz? Will the human talk to her again after the words she had spit out? All these questions pooled around inside Amity's mind as she ran past, ignoring her parents and her siblings, jumping into bed and silently sobbing into her pillow. .. So basically, Luz and Amity go to a party in the human world where all the main Hexside students were, except when they get there, the apocalypse has happened! So with a Duesenberg car from the 20s, they drive around trying to find everyone, but they can't leave the car, for what lies outside is far too dangerous.
