What is this strange feeling that I have whenever I'm around him? Do I really just want to skate infinitely with him? Langa found himself questioning these after Reki's old friend came back and seemingly, becoming even closer to Reki? Is this burning feeling jealousy?

After their argument in episode 7, Reki and Langa never made up or apologized to each other, their mutual love for skateboarding dimming over the years as their mutual love for each other dissipated as well. Reki moved to a different class, shutting himself off from the world as Langa kept getting more and more popular, yet never feeling an ounce of happiness unless he saw the redhead in the halls, knowing that he was now unreachable. However, after all this time of separation and longing, college seems to bring new experiences and old friends, as Reki finds out that his roommate is... WHO?!
