They say some souls recognize each other long before they meet, as if the universe whispered their names together among the stars. Three hearts. Three paths. Kenna is a young reporter, desperate to prove to her boss and her disapproving family that she is the real deal. Kenna always thought she understood the world until one case turns hers upside down. Following the mysterious disappearances across the countryside to a small neglected town, Kenna is stumped by the seemingly dead end. As she races against her bosses tight deadline, the missing of the town are growing restless. Kenna doesn't believe in ghosts, but that won't stop them from coming for her soul.

The Boy Next Door is a story about a girl named Alexa who for years has been in the shadows behind her older sister Jessica who she has always been jealous of . Jessica has a boyfriend that Alexa has always had a crush on . The story has a build up to something that changes Alexa view of everything.

( Temporarily On Hold ) The air chills as the eerie feeling I'm all too familiar with fills my soul; just as it has since I was a child. "Okay, I know you're here. Show yourself." From the darkness a figure emerges. She appears to be little more than skin and bones as she glides toward me. "That's far enough." Holding up my hand she stops her approach. "What do you want?" She silently continues staring at me; with her jet black eyes. "If this is some kind of warning don't bother. I'm going anyway." The Spirit bows her head and retreats back into the darkness from which she came. As soon as she's gone the temperature returns to normal and I flop back on my pillow. Lauren... looks like you may have a more interesting trip than you bargained for. Lauren Powers received her gifts as a teen. It terrified her at first but as she grew up she learned more about it and how to control it, at least at times. Trying to find answers she joins a group of paranormal investigators who have a TV series called, "Beyond the Vail." On her first investigation she encounters an evil spirit that has plagued her since she was a child. And what's worse, she fears he may be responsible for what has been called 'The Elkmont Incident' where an entire town disappeared overnight. Long ago, a skeptical, pragmatic architect and her three psychic siblings confronted their past trauma at the Matab-ang house, a confrontation that revealed the architect's own latent psychic abilities.

❝Real relationships are messy, and people's feelings get hurt. Who needs it?❞ -a pair of ex-bestfriends caught between a situation where they have to fake a romantic relationship for selfish reasons; an accidental love mishap between a skeptic, who distances herself from love with the fear of falling in love, and a cynic, who built his entire image out of the concept of love, yet doesn't believe in it at all. A tale about two lost souls just searching for comfort amidst the harsh reality; that love isn't what you always think it is.
