This book is a memoir about the author's intimate experience of growth and self-discovery, including their experience of growing up in Tunisia and the uneasy personal realities that surrounded it. The book describes the author's experience moving from a religious, specifically nihilistic belief structure, but eventually believing in some form of designer/higher power. The author shares their live experiences of dealing with strange experiences from meeting a stranger on the street who claims to be able to predict the future, to their exposure and experience with astrology, and their experience with ghosts that made them question their existence here on earth. This book also touches on gender equality and the ignorance prevalent in the third world and some cultural and religious norms. In this book, it guides the author and the audience to encourage ownership on their own journey of self-discovery while providing realistic tips and habits to create a more enjoyable and purposed-filled existence. The book will also explore ideas that society is made up of a world of NPC's (non-playable characters) and how to escape it. It will look at the reasons for complacency along with basic tips and habits to live a more fulfilling, more purpose-driven life. We will also share inspiring stories of individuals who have also clapped out of their npc shells and are now living this thing called life, however they choose to. So whether you're looking to live differently, discover your passion or simply want to escape the boredom of the everyday hustle, this is the book for you. So let's venture on a journey of self-discovery and transformation!

A little story about atheism and how a fictional anonymous comes to realize their beliefs by means of snowflakes. Also, this story is not for religious people that are easily offended, because while I'm not bashing any specific religion, there is some mention of God being unjust. I accept all religions, but these are just my personal thoughts.

The first book in the Price & Miller Mysteries. Sophie and Keith Fullwood have suffered the worst loss imaginable, and their nightmare is only just beginning. There’s the constant feeling of being watched, the moving shadows just out of sight, and everything else they’ve ever heard about hauntings. But all of those are nothing, compared to the sounds coming through the radio. The terrified cries they hear have no business being heard this side of the grave, and they carry far too many unanswered questions. It’s more than Sophie and Keith can handle. Keith, determined to find a less horrifying explanation than the ones presenting themselves, hires Trenton Price, anti-nonsense and anti-social skeptic and atheist. Sophie, meanwhile, enlists the help of Joseph Miller, paranormal expert and part-time caretaker at her church. Joseph Miller is determined to do whatever he can to help the Fullwoods and the spirit, and he’ll even do whatever he can to save the soul of Trenton Price. There’s just one thing he doesn’t anticipate: Trenton Price is every bit as brilliant as he is arrogant.

A round table. 5 poets. 1 teacher. May the muses be ever in your favour. Samay hates any kind of disruption in his life. He hates being curious about things because then he loses all common sense and has to sate his curiosity. But he can't stop himself from being curious about Romi, the girl who conducts the weekly poetry sessions which Samay (forcibly) participates in. She's intelligent, yes. She knows how poetry works, sure. But she is so guarded, and that, Samay can't tolerate. Kiara is painfully shy. Bullied often as a kid, she grows up keeping her thoughts and ideas to herself, and occasionally pouring them in a sketch book or a notebook. Creativity takes over and she realises she writes poetry quite well. However, when her cousin Sarah, invites her to join a poetry group that meets weekly, Kiara must decide whether she really wants to put herself out there, in the open. Rishi is easy going and uncomplicated. He enjoys a good poem thanks to his best friend, Kabir. Kabir harbours a massive crush on Sarah so when she invites him to weekly poetry gatherings, Kabir decides to drag Rishi in. Rishi meets Kiara, the shy girl. He has made it a rule to avoid all kinds of dramas and complications, yet he feels compelled to solve the complex puzzle that is Kiara. What unites all these very different, very colourful people? Poetry, of course. The magic of words and verses draws in Kabir (a lawyer and volunteer with a heart of gold), Sarah (the girl with spunk), Samay (Mr. Grouch), Rishi, Kiara, and of course, the person who leads them to the wonderful world of poetry - Romi. Addeline Meyer is a girl who doesn't believe in many things, including soulmates. Her skepticism, as justified as it might be, makes her ignore even the proven facts of science. She doesn't believe in connections bound by "fate". Then she meets Maya Collins in the local art museum she visits every week and finally sees the same piece of art she's seen every week for the past three years in a different light. Maya Collins, she learned very quickly, was an audacious, foolhardy, hopeless romantic. Yet despite that, she still finds herself being dragged around by her complete opposite.

Some of my early mostly college ramblings and later. Some were in a small book of the same name I self published and printed while working at Xerox. I have decided not to look at them with my 40 year old mindset but let them stand as they were ...ramblings that at times could resemble poetry. I hope you give it a chance. I will try at a later date to put together a non-mature version of this work.

This book aims to help people with self-growth and to help the world to see that there is something beyond us. Call it Jesus, Buddha, Universe... Whatever. Call it what you want. For skeptical people this may seem like a phantasy, Wonderland, but the truth is that there is magic all around us. We all are connected to one another. Magical, isn't it? Control your ego and just practice mindfulness with this book to appreciate the magic of life. I really hope you can see God in every aspect of your life and I hope this book can help you appreciate it. If you do something to others, someone else will do the same to you eventually. Not in the current moment, but eventually. Everything is paid off. There's not any empirical evidence, just personal stories that are true. Meanwhile, love yourself and stop being skeptical about things in life. No one knows what can happen, but we get some hints that God leaves us. So beware of signs!
