Skia Vanter is a monster. not the lame murderous ones you see in old spooky movies. shes also not the only of her kind on earth. a whole bunch of them joined up and sectioned of a whole city called Peony just for them. shes always loved it in Peony, and never had dreamed of speaking with humen in the nearby town. untill she meets a guy named Riley Stone at a halloween party. she accidently gives him her number and now he is endangering his life and all of the citezins of peony's lives, for the girl with the purple hair
