Skinnyshaming Stories

This book was born from a gaze. Not mine, but theirs. As a child, I didn't understand why my body bothered people. I was simply me - thin, happy, free. But after hearing "You're too skinny" over and over, what seemed like a harmless comment became a burden. In a society where curves are praised, being skinny turns into a silent struggle - a discomfort we carry without naming it. Through these pages, I share what it feels like when the world sees you differently than you see yourself. This is my story, but it could be anyone's.

This is my perspective on what being too skinny feels like and why everyone thinks I'm anorexic.

Rachel Lee Morgan is a 16 year old girl who's done enough with EVERYONE. She's had enough teasing and bullying to last her a lifetime....and it's all because she's skinny. Ever heard of fat-shaming?
