Jaime Kelly, also known as "Books", is the leader of the Lower Manhattan Newsies. She loves her Newsies like they're her family. Every 8 Days she goes to see her best friend, Spot, the "King of Brooklyn". Everything seems to be going pretty normal until one day when she and her brother, Jack, start a strike against "The World". But what happens when memories of her past starts to resurface? And what happens when she makes a bet with " King Idiot" that in 8 days he could get her to say 8 letters? Note: ALL CHARACTERS MENTIONED IN THE 1992 FILM BELONG TO DISNEY. When Tanya Pope ends up looking for her brother Brandon, she finds out she is more unique than she expected. With a sudden interest from both Karen on one side and the rebel Skitters on the other, she understands why she may be possibly right in the middle of an ongoing war, and catches the watchful eye of Ben Mason, who knows just how special she is and why. But, as her name suggests, she is a Pope. She finds her long-lost father, non other than John Pope in Charleston, and her adventures begin! I do not own Falling Skies nor it's characters. It's the turning point of the war that went on for too long and with the end in sight , the 2nd Mass will not stop at anything to get their revenge. The Newsies gang holds a history longer than most of the other gangs in New York City. Jack Kelly is the fearless and current leader of a group of paper boys on wheels as well as the leader of the Newsies gang. The boys struggle with their dominant employer beginning to treat them poorly, mostly because it's well known that these boys are in a gang, through his refusal to pay them anymore than what they earn from the tips that they receive from the deliveries they make. While Jack and the rest of the gang struggle with that, there's a new rumble happening in the city. A new sock hop opens up with friendly intentions during opening hours that turn sinister behind the kitchen doors which could very well spell bad things for New York City. That leaves Jack and the boys with one task, to protect the people and the city they love. However, the more the boys visit the sock hop, the more emotional and personal the issues that arise seem to get. Will the boys be able to protect each other, the people and the city they love? Or, will they fall to the unkindness of a new gang and suffer? I own nothing except for my OCs(yes, there are going to be a decent amount of OCs. Some you might recognize from There's A Life That's Worth the Living). Disney owns Newsies, both the Broadway and the original movie from 1992. I also do not own the title. That is from Carrying the Banner during the nun part. One of the Newsies sings it.

Living in New York in the 1800's was difficult, especially if you were (Y/n) (L/n) and lived in the Refuge. Like Jack Kelly, (Y/n) (L/n) eventually escaped from the Refuge (NOT on the back of Roosevelt's carriage). She tries to live her life as normal as she could, but what happens when she is running from Snyder and the newsies don't know her true gender?

Ally is the first girl newsie but the problem is she has two identities. Herself (Ally). And who she pretends to be (Carter). Will her decisions lead her to success or will she be forced back to her abusive father?

(BASED ON FALLING SKIES SEASON 2 EPISODE 7) It's been six months since Ben Mason was rescued from the Skitters forces and de-harnessed. He is a strong fighter and trusty scout in the Second Massachusetts. The group have taken shelter in an abandoned hospital until they figure out where to go next. Hal and Maggie had found Karen nearby and she has been a worry to the group. When Ben and Karen suddenly disappear and later appear with threats and Skitter forces, Ben is put under pressure to serve for the Skitters in the area. He is soon left with the daring choice of leaving the Skitters or staying and doing their filthy bidding. This choice will change both the Skitters ways and the 2nd Mass' luck against the Aliens. -- I do not own any of Falling Skies, it's Characters, or any of its original plots + concepts
