This is not that universe. - The first time he "dies," it's from the plague. Boils on every part of his body, their purple and black hues even more pronounced due to his deathly pale skin tone. (Bright purple eyeshadow and a teardrop carefully painted on to his cheek. Purple lipstick applied with the utmost care. Dyed purple hair spiked with purpose. However, the curse was stronger, unwilling to be broken while in effect. After finding an alternative to the curse, they were to be the last generation. They had a good run, truly. But eventually the curse consumed the last of their flames, killing them one by one. Skull was the last one left, with the exception of Yuni, and when his flames finally ran out, the last thing he expected was to open his eyes to see a hospital room.
