Perhaps its captivated by the beauty to be found in such pure recreation?" Her eyes remained locked on those of the ones before her, smile dancing in the flames around, "Or perhaps, it flies so surely into its own death because it believes the flames of rebirth will allow it a second chance at metamorphosis and perhaps that this time... It will appear a butterfly. Perhaps this is the only thing It can force itself to believe, while it burns." She gave a cocky smile, and lifted her gun to the familiar face. "So, Miss Armageddon. Tell me my answer. Why are you not dead?" The girl smiled and brushed a loose strand of hair from her eyes, looking up from the ground and tilting her head and lifting her gun from her side, "Because I am no moth. I am a butterfly." And the shot rang.

Doctor Who/Skulduggery Pleasant Fan Fiction. Not finished yet, just a start to it.

Once upon a time there was a queen whom gave birth to a child which had innocent eyes, innocent heart and innocent soul. The king and queen celebrated the child's birthday and invited all the lands. After everyone had left the king and queen thought it would be best for the Wise Man to see the baby. The Wise Man had news for them. The baby was full of all magic that existed in there and the outstanding part was that the child had powers from other worlds and could see these other worlds as well. Unfortunately there was a down side, the child could not survive holding this much power at least not in human form. The baby's parents were worried, they couldn't let there child die. The Wise Man said there was a lake in a cave which could move souls into other objects. He than gave them a clear stone and told them to put the baby and the stone into the lake together. He also said if they let the baby die all of humanity would die so they had no choice. The king and queen went to the cave and gently placed the baby and the stone into the lake the baby cried it's last ever cry. Life was drawn out of the baby's body into the stone. After it was done the only thing left was a beautiful silver sword. This book is dedicate to @silversoul (comes in story as Silver) who will help me write and illustrate this book and Blue_the_snowleopard (comes in the story as Blue) who will illustrate and help me write this book.
