Ryder and Jesse orders all pups on deck for a surveillance guard for the new elected Mayor Cameron Harris. But things take a turn for the worse when during the surveillance one of the pups been dog napped and put him on the Fuzzy Obedience School. Would Paw Patrol team and their new friend, Luna able to find the German Shepherd pup? Find out in this story!

However, a week before the party is set to take place, they are approached by someone who calls themselves Dr. Raven.
