Poem by me. This was something I wrote when I was going through a rough time with my best friend, who turned out to be the one I love. She happened to be dating my ex even though she had admitted to liking me. My ex and I had been fighting since they started dating because I saw through their act. My ex is an abusive person and my best friend didn't see it. I used my writing to keep from causing a bigger fight to break out. (This is like an extension of 'Not What It Seems (Perfect)' which is why the descriptions are the same. They were written in the same week.)
