If you haven't already played the game, play the game before you read this book.

Skyrim has been saved numerous times by Taniiaae and her friends. She was able to go to Sovngarde and stop the World-Eater's Return, went face to face with the first of her kind, and she was able to help stop the Tyranny of the Sun from happening.
