Luke Skywalker and Han Solo liked each other. That could be said easily by anyone around them. The only issue was that Luke was too shy to say anything and too naïve to realize that Han was flirting with him. What happens when circumstance forces them to spend a long period of time alone together? Note: The romance in this is kind of slow burn! Just letting you know in case that isn't your thing! Also, this story begins during the rebel alliance's stay on Hoth, but the plot obviously diverges from the original story including specific battle details from the assault on echo base. Don't go into this story expecting a completely accurate portrayal of the battle because you won't get it. If you're a purist for canon, maybe don't read? We all know how Han asked Luke to run away with him and Chewie before the destruction of the Death Star 1.0, we also know that Luke said 'no' and ran off with the Rebels to take down said Death Star. Then of course Han turns the Millenium Falcon around to help said Rebels, and so the rest is history... But just say Luke said 'yes' instead of 'no'. Just say Luke ran off with Han and Chewie and never stayed behind to help Leia and the Rebels. What if Luke got to see worlds of green and blue? What if Han and Luke and Chewbacca explored the galaxy together without the problems of fighting The Empire? What if one single word changed an entire galaxy? (Skysolo AU I guess? (I decided to re-write an old story of mine called 'Warm Months'! Unbeknownst to Han, Luke and Leia have decided to go out on a quest to find & meet their birth parents or what's left of them, which amounts to missed buses and long walks. That is until they run back into Han Solo and his pal Chewie. And the greatest road-trip officially begins

So a few background things about this AU: Star Wars is a thing based on a true story. Only episodes 1-6 are released. No space travel, there were air and sea fights. Thinking Darth Vader is cool, it's fine, if not a little taboo. The force is real, most don't know it. I am basing the characters of personalities of my self and friends. The schools are alliance high, first order high, and Jedi academy(Force sensitive only). Luke still likes Ben for who he is. Ben has blue hair.

Luke has gotten his wish. Able to die and join his loved ones, and leaving behind his mark on Crait. With a heavy heart, Luke leaves behind the future of the galaxy to his final student-the current last Jedi, Rey. He had heard the stories from past Jedi, of the legends of becoming a Force Ghost. Yet, when he wakes on an unknown planet, and as a child no less, well...was this truly the afterlife he sought?
