The practice room was louder than usual, not because of music, but because nobody knew what to say. Eight pairs of shoes were lined up by the wall. A ninth pair stood slightly apart. "She'll be training with you from today," the manager said, voice clipped, professional. "Be respectful." The girl bowed - too deeply, too quickly. No one clapped. Not because they were rude. But because Stray Kids had been eight for four years, and nothing that arrived this late ever came without consequences. This is a Stray Kids fanfic, She's the ninth member of Stray Kids. She might be a member, but does she share their bond.
