A Slam Pom of feminism and self-image

Asano Rinko (reader) is a normal girl, with good grades and manner, just like the good student. But she couldn't help but finds passion in basketball, the sport that people say belonged to boys. After she has swore not to never touch the orange ball again, her body is much more honest. And here she is, joining the Shohoku basketball team being the doubted "only girl", joining the group of problematic teens rushing into the world of basketball and teen age.

In a futuristic world, men are superior. Women are only there to populate. Meet Uri, a young boy quickly approaching his 13th birthday, which is a huge celebration of his becoming a man, but he's not sure if being a man is all its cracked up to be. Meet Carrie-Anne, a 12 year old girl. Her mother has always told her to stay quiet and agree with what the Superior have said, no matter what. She will be a woman soon, which means it will be her turn to help populate. Her mother has always come back shaken from the Room, and she is scared. Uri and Carrie-Anne shouldn't meet. They can't, they're from two different worlds, but fate has been known to change. And that's exactly what happens.
