Railey is a college student out for blood. Her classmates had carelessly bullied her younger brother Joshua and drove him to killing himself in her off-campus studio apartment. He had been living with her for 3 years before his suicide. Not knowing one of the infamous Ghostfaces were watching her with shock, awe and something else,she continued to hunt down every last one of the bastards that drove her brother to madness and suicide. Her killing streak seemed to attract a lot of attention not only from the authorities but the infamous Ghostface Danny 'Jed Olsen' Johnson as well.
