Mikiella was an average girl with a average life until there was a event that turned her whole life around. Mikiella is a junior and goes to NorthWest High School. She has a friend named Milly.. and a crush named Derek. Derek was a jock who was considerate of others, he was kind, handsome, and just a boy you would dream of... or is he? She didn't know at this point. The sirens were going. programs of evacuating the city were on the television. Mikiella didn't want to leave like this.. She didnt want to leave her dog named Loki who is a German Shepherd, her hamster named Lizzie who is a brown dwarf hammy, and lastly, the most precious one of all.. Midnight.. It was a plant she found. She looked up everything but, nothing came up for his species. She thought it was special so she kept it for 5 years now. She would always talk to it and think it would be talking back to her.. But, she didn't want to leave any of her life behind. Her and her 3 siblings and mother were panicking. Who would make it out alive? Who would die? Where would they go? Would everyone in the area die? Who is the enemy and who are the ones you trust? Betrayal? You can only find out by reading.
