I'll teach you what to look out for and anything else, if you have questions you can ask, and ofc read other chapters after this because that information is very useful, i will be giving warnings aswell as theres a certain persistent issues that i noticed thru the years in this area. And I've researched since I was 12 so trust me, I know what I'm talking about.
