"I would of never believed he was real, I mean who would? a man without a face is just something that someone would make up to scare some kids. This is real though, people are dying. Most of us are gone, only some have survived this monster. The monster who is now known as 'Slenderman'."

People say Slenderman is only a story to scare people, but they were so wrong. Four friends wake up in the woods, not knowing how they got there. There is a paper laying on the group saying they have to find all seven notes to stop Slenderman, or else he will kill them all. Some go missing, some pass away, some survive. Will Slenderman kill them all? Or can they find all the notes and kill him first?
