However, one event led to another, and we are in a dark age, civil war, strife, hunger and famine reign supreme, and war and distress spread like wildfire. Mars was hell under the regime. Earth was barren and destroyed, a relic of what was and where they came from. The resistances are crushed out by corporations and authoritarian regimes spotted through the solar system, dark ages II it was coined. Until they appeared. That was what changed the unchangeable.

One of the many dreams of every girl is to have a very happy life—to be the happiest girl in the world. Rianne Hensley, a 16 year-old girl, is very average and very clever. She knows a lot of stuff. A nerd you think, well you're wrong. She’s not a popular one either. She's a normal teenager, you know someone that belongs in the middle class. She’s part of the school paper—she’s the photojournalist and somehow a contributor for features, most kids at school know her for this, not only her cheerful aura that surrounds her always. Her parents may be busy business people, but they always find time to spend with the whole family. They love each other, and they know that. She has a lot of friends, not only from school but also from outside. And they all support her especially with her swimming competitions. And she might have met this guy from school that shows interest on her. Her girl-best friend is Ali Jameson. They’ve been friends ever since they were still in diapers. Ali might have some troubles, problems, and issues especially with her Mom, and yet Ria has always been there for her—but maybe not for long. Not until Ali finally turned her back from Ria and their friendship for something else she thought that could solve all her problems. Ali would give up everything—her family, her future, and even her longtime bestie, Ria, for that something she thought would save her from all her fears. How would Ria go through all of this? Would she still be the same—being the optimistic and positive girl she is after she knew all this? Would she still not give up on Ali and try to bring her back, even though their friendship has gone wrong?

Oh this thing? Yeah, just made this because I was bored. And thought, how would a reader-insert story using the Thomas the tank engine characters and world would work? My first fanfic that's also a crack-fic. This will probably be forgotten rather quickly but screw it, I'm bored. (Fair point I mention this.
