When AveryTheMayo uploaded his video to the gracious platform of YouTube, he expected there to be some sort of answer as to what the last bit of assumable code was at the end of the book full of 'Don't Turn Left' mumbo jumbo. Being the small platform that he is, he knew it would likely take a while. However, he's a Skywars player. If there's anything that he's NOT going to do, it's sit around and wait weeks on end for answers he may not even get. No, he has a better idea. He gets ahold of a friend and decides to go cave diving with them to see what this crazy book is on about personally. What happens when an omnipresent supernatural being and a man on the brink of madness are now stuck competing to see what fate has in store for two (arguable) idiots?

A fanfiction for all the Avery x D3rlord3 shippers cause there aren't enough on wattpad. D3lord3 saw something that he can't ever unsee. The King in Yellow. His infinite knowledge show him the future where a guy called Avery meets the same fate as him. He tries to warn him but writing him a book saying: "At the crossroads, don't turn left." but will Avery understand and not let curiosity get the best of him? The universe doesn't want them to meet yet they change their fates a crash into eachother never to be separated again. --- These characters don't belong to me. Wifies created the story and you should watch Searching For A World That Doesn't Exist on YouTube if you haven't already. This is just a fanfiction of what my interpretation is of what will happen next and the ship Slimeknight. Cover art and art on the top of each chapter doesn't belong to me. Credits to the amazing artists.

AverytheMayo, what if he got a little too curious? Avery follows the same steps as D3rl0rd3, but with using his (D3rl0rd3) video as a guide, to lead him all the way to the crossroads and to that door. Will Avery see what's behind the door? Or will he listen to D3rl0rd3's instructions and not turn left at the crossroads?
