Eric wasn't like any other person Alan had met: He was nice, sincere, and most of all he treated Alan like a friend and not just another human to pick on. This is the story of their begining. How they met? This is only the begining of their friendship. (This is a modern day fanfiction mostly starring Alan Humphries and Eric Slingby. Ever wondered how they met went they were humans? Just an Alan X Eric fanfiction. It will be mostly from Alan's perspective (with the exception of Chapter 1). I'll update as and when I can.

Eric has worked very hard over his years of being a reaper. He has had many ups and downs, such as his much loved Alan passing away. He toughed it all out, no matter how much it hurt. The thought of him meeting Alan in the afterlife being the only thing keeping him going. And today is the day he is released from his work as a shinigami. He finally gets to move on. He is finally allowed his death. -this is a one shot so I don't believe I will update it past the first chapter-
