Myra, a 16 year old girl. She could live her life like any average girl her age, but she can't. She doesn't see the point in living. So why should she? With her emotionally absent mother and her isolation as a person, she doesn't want to live. If she's miserable being alive, wouldn't death be better? Until her life changes, she meets a girl. Myra is honestly stunned by her beauty, maybe she's the girl that will help her see why life is worth living.

Do you think I'm pretty? Do you think I'm a genius after knowing that I got accelerated from 4th to 6th grade? Do you think that I have a bright future ahead of me and that someday I will be able to fulfill all my dreams? Do you think I can have everything I want in my life? Do you think that I can have any man I want? Do you think that the man I will be with for the rest of my life would be the luckiest man on earth? Do you think I am perfect? Do you think I am happy having this kind of life? Do you think I should be? Maybe, many of you would be asking: "Why would someone who has a life like that will ever want to leave and escape?" That's what I thought...years ago. But as I feel myself, my life, slipping away from me I knew I had to run away. I'm thankful that even just for once I knew how it feels like to live like a princess. But that's not the life I want. I'm so sorry.
