Alaina Monroe was nothing like her family. She busted her ass to get to where she was. She spent all her time studying during high school, which paid off. She got into the best medical program there was. And even aced med school, going through the hoops to be a surgeon. Her family were... slackers. Putting it nicely. They were druggies, alcohol lovers, you name it they probably did it. But Lainey strived to be different. She wanted to set the curve in her family. So she could eventually show someone in the same boat, you can be better if you try. After her intern year, she takes a short break. Off to Virginia, where she runs into a BAU unit chief. Aaron Hotchner. Fresh out of a divorce, he wasn't looking for anyone. But fate had plans, and he ran into the one who would be his forever. Literally. Sloan, that's what everybody calls her. The girl that's rude to everyone, the girl who doesn't talk to anyone except her group of friends, the girl who hates anything and everything. Issac thinks there's more to it than that. He thinks everyone just sees the surface. He wants to see further, not just what's on the surface. In which Madeline Shepherd is working as in intern at seattle grace hospital underneath her brother, one of the greatest neurosurgeons in the country. madeline is suddenly reintroduced to a friend from her childhood. she has no clue what the future at Seattle Grace will hold fem oc x mark sloan tw// trauma, gore, possibly more.

I know we're all trying to escape the world's current situation... But I had a little idea and wanted to give it a try. With worldwide lockdowns, Callie and Arizona realise that it's unsafe for either of them to be flying to and from Seattle and New York with Sofia. They have to make that dreaded choice over what to do for Sofia's sake. I know it's a little inaccurate but for the sake of the story, Sofia is only 8 years old.

I came into this world decades ago with a loud crash. Literally, I popped out amidst a car crash. Most would agree that I've been loud ever since. Every movement erratic and spontaneous. This often made my life swirl out of control. I became a resident surgeon, neonatal was my speciality. That was, until I lost my job to perform in bars with my band. And, surprise surprise, I kind of hated it. Anyhow, now here I am, ambulance lights dancing about like a discotheque and I am finally calm. My blood pressure became that of a normal human being. I am still as hospital carts are wheeled this way and that. The ugly fluorescent lights of the hospital dimming. I am finally whole.
